Pai Pai is a nightmare giantess from Yume Tsukai (Dream Users) episode 10 - "Misako Goes to Work". Pai Pai doesn’t control her own appetite as she eats people and try to eat Misako. But she won’t eat Misako’s son Zach, because she thinks of Misako’s son Zach as her own brother.
