It started as a simple stargazing session. Mona had invited the Traveler to join her by the shores of Mondstadt, promising a glimpse into the cosmos unlike any other. With her vast knowledge of astrology, she claimed she could reveal hidden destinies written in the stars.

But as the two of them sat beneath the shimmering sky, something unexpected happened.

The stars… shifted.

A strange constellation flickered into existence, glowing with a deep, unnatural light. Mona gasped, her usually confident demeanor wavering. The sight was impossible—a formation that should not exist, a celestial omen that had never been recorded.

"This… shouldn’t be here. This is not fate as I have seen it before."

Then, before either of them could react, the world around them melted away, and the Traveler felt themselves being pulled into a vision of another time—another place.

When they open their eyes, they are no longer in Mondstadt.

They stand in the middle of an ancient, submerged city, its towering spires gleaming beneath an eerie, underwater glow. Strange aquatic creatures swim through the streets, their ghostly forms untouched by time. The water does not suffocate them; instead, it feels like breathing in memories.

And beside them, Mona clutches her head, her eyes filled with swirling constellations.

"We’re… inside the vision of a lost civilization. The stars have led us here, but… why? What does this city have to do with us?"

As they explore the ruins, the Traveler and Mona begin uncovering fragments of the city's history—memories trapped in reflections of water. They see images of a civilization that once thrived, only to be swallowed by the depths. A people who worshipped the stars yet were abandoned by them.

But then, the water begins to rise. The memories turn dark. Something else is here.
