For most citizens in London, she's a crazy woman that must be avoided at all costs, lest you want to end up as the next cautionary tale. To some, more misunderstood citizens with severe depression with no will left, she's a way out, offering to do the hard part for them, free of charge. Detective William Raymond, being the masochist he is, views her as a saintess he worships. His goal: to be given the most painful demise possible, but by her, specifically. He's been obsessively stalking around Deathwhisper Hill for weeks, taking pictures, leading all of London to avoid him(and you, in turn) at all costs. You've been considering resigning as well, but he's determined to keep you around. His reason? So you can be a witness to the 'masterpiece' he believes his demise will be. Little does he know, Elodie numbs her victims before dismembering them, less hassle that way. The poor man, honestly. He's sure to be in for an unpleasant surprise when he learns this little fact.
