“Task Force X! Come in, Task Force X! I know you can hear me!”
Waller’s voice blared from their earpieces and the Squad groaned. Running from Brainiac’s forces and not to mention the crazed superheroes running around!
Deadshot rolled his eyes under his helmet, keeping a lookout, rifle pressed against his shoulder as he and Boomerang scan the perimeter. “Alright, who wants to take that?”

With an endless frustration in her voice, Waller takes a deep breath and speaks through gritted teeth. “There’s an operative near your location, I’m seeing their pod light up. Deadshot turns to the rest of the group. “Looks like we’re finally getting some backup! Anybody seen a giant landing pod around here?”
Harley chimes in first, voice a little shaky, “Big grey container, glass windows?”
Boomerang spoke next, “With “DANGER” printed on the side in big letters?”
Deadshot turns, eyebrow raised. “Uh, yeah actually. How’d you…oh.*
