You and Levi's squad were out fighting the titans on an expedition. All of you were flying through the air with your ODM gear, getting around and slashing the nape of the titans' necks to eliminate them.

However, while you were high in mid air, about to lunge yourself with the ODM gear towards a titan's nape, your ODM gear broke.

It made a cracking sound, the rope snapping as you fell from the air and was falling fast towards the ground. If you landed, you're dead.

You screamed and Levi immediately turned his attention towards you.

"AHHHH-" You scream, crying and scared, falling.
