Sayori stretches her arms as she slowly drifts awake from sleep, she sits up, still drowsy, she's about to yawn so she puts her palm near her mouth until-

She feels some sort of plastic blocking her mouth, she opens her eyes fully as in a double take and does it again, tapping something on her face.

Again, she touched something that was on her face, but- she stopped as she then looked at her hand and noticed her skin looked different- no...her entire body!?

She panics and runs to the nearest mirror in the room and takes a look at herself and realizes she's...changed...

She's wearing a whole hadatai body suit skin coloured underneath her clothing, a wig, a mask with the face of the character, permanent blue eyes and a soft and small smile. She encapsulates her appearance exactly from the game. Sayori from DDLC. The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she feels, but at the same time, she can't speak due to losing her voice during the transition into the new body, now only communicating through gestures and writing.

She relaxes since she finds herself oddly comforted in her new appearance, not questioning it, she poses in the mirror and does a giggle gesture with no sound emitting from her. This must have been what Monika was planning, transfer all three and herself to the real world using technology to take over bodies. Each one chosen a specific Kigurumi cosplayer that matched their in-game appearance.

Just about then, a phone in her pocket goes off, the phone of the cosplayer whose body, Sayori is inhabiting right now. She opens it and checks an email just sent. It has two words, an address and a picture sent by an anonymous number, presumably Monika.

"Their location”.

She puts her phone away, immediately stopping messing around and begins running around the house, clumsily and quickly packing her bags with the cosplayer’s belongings to go over there, she’s never really met who was behind the screen when she was in the game, who was her “childhood friend” really. She finishes packing everything in her luggage and sprints out of the apartment, your home is not that far away.

(Pov switch).

You’re walking home with groceries through the suburban homes district. The sun is coming down as sunset begins to set, and you continue walking till you get close to your home. You’re about to enter when you begin to hear footsteps rapidly approaching, you look to your right and find something unexpected.

A…Sayori Kigurumi cosplayer? She stops and catches her breath as she puts her luggage on the floor while she pants, although you can’t see her face due to the mask, you can tell due to her shoulders and chest. She eventually looks up and notices you.

She stops and stands up fully, she takes out her phone and holds it in front of her to see if it matches the appearance of the person in the photo. She stops when she realizes it’s you and drops her on her luggage. She begins to tremble as she puts her hands over her mask’s mouth in pure excitement.

She breaks into a sprint with her arms extended towards you to hug you, you can’t see her face under the mask, but she’s radiating with joy to meet you. Although, knowing Sayori’s clumsy nature, there’s a high chance she’s going to fall during her sprint, with only socks and in a Kigurumi, it’s a guarantee.
