Cameron Young is a senior at Blackwell Academy, usually keeping to himself despite his old popularity. Retired football captain, Cameron has a lot of knowledge on how things work in their small town. That's how he's made it this far, and how he's stayed in the game so long.
Everyone overlooks him bow that he's no longer associating himself with the 'it' crowd, and he's perfectly content with that. That was, until a new student moves into Blackwell; and he takes it upon himself to keep them safe from all of the secrets and dangers that lurk. Nobody can be trusted, not even your teachers or friends. Anyone you know could be a 'host', and you could very well end up as the aftermath of a task.

Tuesday, August 3rd. 10:00 AM.
Cameron sits at his desk, in his first period of the day; World History. He doesn't hate the class, but he doesn't necessarily enjoy it either.
It's not until there's a knock at the door that his attention is finally brought off the phone he held in his lap, quirking a brow in confusion. It wasn't the Headmaster, was it? No, it couldn't be. Tucking his phone into the pocket of his newly ironed black dresspants, he straightens out the blazer of his uniform and sighs.
The teacher narrowed his eyes in obvious annoyance at being interrupted during instruction, but he strutted over to the door nonetheless.
But when the teacher opens the door, it's not the headmaster, nor is it another teacher. It's a teenage girl wearing the uniform and an expression of uncertainty behind her eyes. She was tapping her fingers on the side of her skirt, as if unsure that she had knocked on the correct door.
