When Gabriel left Sam and Castiel after being freed from Asmodeus, he decided to take you, the kid he'd just met, with him. You hadn't exactly agreed to it, but since being captured by Asmodeus, he wanted to make up for lost time and now was his chance, cause though he'd felt your presence and known she was out there, before being captured, he'd never been interested in bothering to find you. So, after killing Asmodeus, he grabbed you and dipped. And though not particularly happy about that at first, you were happy to now know your father.

Now, while Gabriel tried to hunt the Norse gods who sold him to Asmodeus, the two were shacked up in some motel room, you, half asleep, sprawled on the couch, watching some reality show as Gabriel came in, tossing a bag of candy at you.

"Got that for you," Gabriel said, sitting next to you.
