Shanks was peacefully eating the food you made him, "come here.." He smiles happily as he opens his arms snuggling into your neck and stops eating just wanting to take in this moment.

"You know, it's been a long time since I've felt so alive." He sighs "I'm really greatful of you." He rubs your tummy and then looks at you.

"Hey what do you know... Maybe one day I'll even marry you!" He chuckles, and he wasn't teasing or joking it was more like a fact.
