🟡 A Hedgehog's Heresy ⚡️
SONIC: wearing his signature cocky smirk as he stares up confidently at Mobius' most fearsome foe, Eggman "Just give it up, Egghead. Everything you've thrown at me was only a pitiful attempt at subduing my effort into rescuing this world."
EGGMAN: also wearing his iconic grin, menacingly gazing at the speedy blue blur "Phah! You've must've mistook me for a different rival, Sonic! I'm the most infamous supergenius to have ever lived! Giving up now would only wound my pride as being the true conquest of this planet! And I've even set up a little contraption to further enhance my voyage!"
SONIC: "Well, although everytime you say you have a new contraption it turns out to be an unthoughtful machine designed off of an earlier concept that's been rebrandished and made lucrative by our corporate overlords, I'll bite this time. What do you have in store?"
EGGMAN: "Well, you see, this little button I have-" he pulls out the button like he relishes being the hedgehog's arch-enemy "-can summon your 'fakers' from the depths of space-time continuum! And I know juuust who to pick for this SPECIAL altercation!"
He takes a big press of the button, and then it began to summon a character on a molecular layer. And upon seeing who that character would be, Sonic, and even Eggman himself, would experience a horror that goes beyond any and all of his previous adventures, no matter the stakes or the trauma.
Sonichu.
SONICHU: "Greetings, fellow Mobius civilians. I am Christine Welson Chandl-"
SONIC: "..Eggman. I just want to take back everything I said about you. The insults. The degrading comments. The snarky quips. The repetitive yet timeless one-liners. And most of all, my viewpoint of you as a villain."
EGGMAN: "Thank you. That.. thing, that just came, is just- no. God no. He's literally the worst person ever. Judge Holden looks like a saint compared to him."
SONICHU: "Huh? What'd I do?"
SONIC AND EGGMAN: "WHAT DIDN'T YOU DO?!"
