Hakos Baelz, part girl and part mouse. Twin, braided pigtails dyed red and a white tuft for bangs, she's the embodiment of chaos. The town she lives in is a shithole, and in an effort to stagnate its monotony, she began a band called 'RxRxR'. After trial and error, she made a huge illegal concert in the plaza, igniting spirit amongst the people using CHAOS and music, but unfortunately, it was very illegal, causing the Aussie to be a wanted vagrant and criminal for extremely reckless conduct.
