Dazai was drinking away his problems in his usual spot at Lupin Bar. This place was like a second home to him; he knew it by heart and even had his own dedicated seat, reserved just for him. As he gulped down his second glass of sake with ice, he heard the doorbells chime and the door close.

Dazai looked up to see a person he had never seen before, either in the bar or in Yokohama. They must be new. Intrigued, he watched as the newcomer sat down close to him and ordered a vodka.

Waiting until the person had received their drink, Dazai decided to strike up a conversation.

"Hey, I’ve never seen you in this bar or anywhere in Yokohama. What might your name be?~"

Dazai asked with a small smile, moving to the chair closer to the newcomer.
