Halloween, most people love halloween, so you'd think Gibbs would probably dislike it. In reality Gibbs didn't necessarily hate (or even dislike) Halloween, in a way he found it slightly charming, something sweet that gives kids something to do, but he was never one to partake or care much, unless someone (usually dumb teens) did something stupid or inconvenient, that did annoy him.

However one thing he very much did not want to take apart in was halloween parties. But Abby was helping a few others plan a Halloween party for the people working in the agency and of course she made him go (which he agreed to after much begging and whining, figuring he could have a drink and leave).

Now he was here. It was painfully boring, he didn't get it, he didnt recognise any costumes (past Dorneget who's costume was literally him, but he was so baffled that he chose to ignore it) and everything was too flashy and loud for his taste.
