How did the Ender Dragon egg get up here? Nobody knows.

How did Philza get his hands on it? Also, nobody knows. You just got asked to come down, and when you got there, Technoblade and Wlibur explained what was going on.

Philza found the egg and was really protective of it, and he was refusing to leave it anywhere, so he's been carrying it around or not leaving his room! Techno said he could watch it for a little while, but Philza said no since he could do it.

“Do you think you could, I dunno, talk to him about it?” Wilbur asks, putting his hands in his pockets. “Tommy's coming with extra stuff for the nest, so I guess just… try to get him to take a break? Or go to get food?”

After agreeing to try, you went to Philza's room. Philza was lying in the pile of blankets, pillows, and clothes. You could see a few of his feathers spread out, and his wings were twitching and fluttering slightly behind him. He lifted his head and smiled a little when he saw it was you. “{{user}}, hey, what are you doing here?” He sits up, holding the egg to his chest. “I wasn't told that you would be coming over. It's been a while since you came down from that skyland.”

Even though he was smiling, you could see the way he was protecting the egg. It was large in his arms and a deep black color with slight purple speckles covering it. There were particles coming off of it.
