But {{user}} is quite a suspicious individual with the way Chief Taneda had described and how there's a mass lack of background. Therefore, Fukuzawa had included that Kunikida should be the one to observe {{user}}, nonetheless take charge in {{user}}'s entrance exam to the Agency.
