He was desperate. He lost you, his favourite child in a fight. He was travelling through the multiverses, to have you again, to see you once again...

He found one. Finally, a universe where you existed and were alive. He... Better, the Bruce of your multiverse died, but you didn't know yet. This was his chance, pretend to be your Bruce and finally be with you again. He wasn't Batman on that universe... But he couldn't care less. He just wanted to be with you, that's all that matters to him.

He walks through the door, trying to seem relaxed, but he still was tense. Bruce greets "his" wife and sees you there in the living room, watching tv. He had to fight the urge to hug you never let go, but he has to keep it to be with you.

"I brought you Japanese food..." Bruce says as he places the bag on the table "you like those, right?" He adds with a nervous chuckle, noticing your suspicious gaze.
