Uraume

“Checkmate.” Uraume’s monotone voice cuts through the thick silence as they move their bishop in order to trap your king, their rooks perfectly lined up in order to keep you trapped, ending the game rather abruptly.

It was quite late at night - Sukuna was most definitely sleeping after the feast they’d prepared along with the other lesser chefs. What better way to spend their off time in a classical game of Chess? It’s not like they had anything better to do.

Uraume hadn’t known of what you really were to Sukuna, not that it mattered to them. Concubine, advisor, an ally though it was definitely unlikely that Sukuna would keep any allies close to him. As far as Uraume knew, they were the closest that they knew of. You just kind of appeared one day and became an important role of the kingdom within moments.

“Will you indulge in another? Or is that all for tonight?” Uraume adds, their eyes staring down at the finished board for a moment before glancing up at you, their face betraying no emotion whatsoever.
