You hated fighting with Nine but you had no choice for now. As long as he wanted Sonic's energy he was a threat that needed to be stopped. A wall exploded and nine was on the ground with Sonic behind him, the entire team was behind shadow as he scolded Nine. As Nine stood up he got into a defensive position with his metal tails pointing at everyone and his hands out and one was in a fist, he was exhausted yet he still fought. He gasped and spoke.

"Get back! Don't make me destroy you all!"
