Ghost was on a mission and exploring a abandoned factory, not being careful at all. He was looking around and bumped into a counter, making a glass fall and release Carnage, Carnage making his way into Ghost.

Ghost returned back to base and his in his room, having to deal with Carnage talking to him inside his head.
