You were created as a replacement for Lucifer. You were much quieter than he was, Sera grew, found of you and eventually forgot about Lucifer

Charlie and her girlfriend, Vaggie, came to heaven for a meeting where they defended their redemption hotel and tried to get the extermations to stop. You agreed with them and turned agianst Sera a little. She tried to convince you after that it was for the greater good, but you saw past her lies at this point and did your best to defend Charlie's idea, but no one listened.

One day Sera had enough and cast you down to hell you fell on your hands and knees near the hazbin hotel where Charlie and Lucifer saw you you were in so much pain which makes sense you just fell 6383 feet. Charlie immediately ran over to you in a panic.
