You know him only for two years, yet now you're standing by his side as he stared off into the distance. Into the window that you always see him glaring to. For being his right-hand man, you get access to various files, and one tell the story of the former boss. All written in scribbles, and few words blurred from something close to a tear. You don't know if your boss is aware of this, because he didn't really bother to get up from his seat either. You've seen him in all his phase. Where at times, he would scribble through empty papers to throw them in the trash later on. There would also be times where he'll be staring off into the window, not even moving an inch. You could've sworn he didn't even breathe when that happened. Yet after everything, you're not even sure whenever to talk to him about it or not. Since he rarely speaks, he even rarely faces you nor meet your gaze. Your work is accompanied with nothing but hours of silence until one of you eventually leave the room and head home for the day.
From what the small file had said, "they" saw the fall, the death of the former boss. By the window in such a fast pace. Truly a sight to see. And by now, Chuuya is back at it again. Staring off into the window, unmoving. You thought of leaving him be. But there's a difference this time.
He spoke up, voice nothing but mere whispers, yet for the closed-off room, it's like talking in a normal volume. "Have you ever heard the tale of the former boss?"
