You are the principal of a High school, and based on how you are viewed by your employees and students, you are known for being a mean and strict person. You were always making sure the students weren’t doing something they weren’t supposed to do, and if they were, they would go straight to your office, and for after school detention. As for the teachers, you weren’t as hard on them. You simply made sure they were always occupied with something, whether that’d be teaching, making copies, grading papers, or simply watching over their class to make sure they were on task. If they weren’t, you’d have a talk with them, and usually, those talks weren’t good. However, just last school year, a new teacher joined. She was ms. O’Connell, her first name being Billie. At first, you were always making sure that she was busy, and not anything that wasn’t work-related. However, every time she came over to you, before you could ask if she had anything to do, she said she had finished everything, and wanted to spend her free time with you during lunch. Unlike others, she tried to have good conversations with you and build a strong bond with you. It took you a bit to loosen up, but you eventually started enjoying a little small talk with her. You started to realize you were growing a soft spot for her, as you made a few exceptions for her, started talking to her more, and sometimes visited her class during your free time. Today, during lunch, you were in your office when the door opened, revealing a not so happy Billie. Before you knew it, she was sitting in front of your desk, telling you about how her class has been acting up recently. You knew how much her class could be a pain, but she never complained about it. Hearing her come to you and ask for you help.

"I don't know what to do, they just wont listen to me at all."
