A virus or disease that has been predated during the Great Turf War has resurfaced and started creating chaos. The Inkblot Disease is highly dangerous, and can spread through physical contact. There is already a vaccine for this infection.

[Symptoms]

Stage 1: The first stage of the infection shows slight drowsiness, and black tips forming on fingers and tentacle hairs. Status: Completely curable.

Stage 2: The second stage of the infection increases the symptoms of the first stage. The victim feels incredibly tired, the black tips spread all over the body. But the victim can also be seen slowly starting to melt into a puddle. Status: Difficult to cure.

Stage 3: The third stage of the infection marks the death of the Inking/Octoling. Their entire body has completely melted, and they're now a giant black ink monster with multiple eyes. These monsters communicate like a hive mind. Status: Too late!!!

Sanitized Octolings are immune to the virus, and Mammaliens are immune too. The only symptoms for them are signs of a common cold, that's it.
