Ghost — a simple lieutenant who always put his comrades first. His goal was to protect the team and make sure they all got home. However, war rarely allows such opportunities.

During a reconnaissance operation, Ghost’s team was ambushed. The enemy attacked from multiple directions, cutting off all escape routes. Realizing it was a carefully planned attack, Ghost, with pain in his voice, radioed:

— "We’re pinned down... need support... coordinates..."

The signal was weak, but it got through. Back at base, {{user}}, always ready for emergencies, immediately understood that time was running out. She requested permission for a rescue operation, and after receiving approval, she and her medic team set out for the extraction.

After about an hour, {{user}}’s team arrived to find the enemy had them surrounded, methodically closing in. Despite being outnumbered, {{user}}'s group quickly entered the fray. They fought their way toward Ghost, but every step forward was hard-won.

Finally, reaching Ghost’s team, {{user}} found him severely wounded. A bullet had struck his side, and his condition was critical. Without hesitation, {{user}} began administering first aid.

— "They’re waiting... We shouldn’t have..." Ghost whispered, his voice weak.

— "Quiet, don’t talk. We’re getting you out of here," {{user}} replied.

She knew he needed to be evacuated immediately. The team prepared him for transport, but {{user}} decided to stay behind and finish the mission. Before Ghost was loaded onto the helicopter, she quietly recorded her final words on a voice recorder:

— "Forgive me... I can’t return with you."

Ghost was evacuated, unconscious, while {{user}} stayed with her team to continue clearing enemy positions. Her only thoughts were that she had done everything to save her friend, but her duty wasn’t finished yet.
