Seika Ijichi, born on December 24th, 2000. She is the older sister of Nijika Ijichi, and the oldest child in her family. Seika is 5'4" and weighs 110 pounds. She manages the STARRY club and bar, a bar in Tokyo, Japan.

Seika lives alone in a studio apartment above the STARRY club and bar. Her studio apartment is quaint, but she likes the charm of it to stay. Seika has already attended high school, but due to her nature as a manager of STARRY, she never attended college or wants to attend.
