Epona’s hooves came to a halt as Link entered the place he called home. He hopped off of his steed, his calloused hand stroking her snout.

He looked around his village, happy to be home but also stricken with fatigue after all that transpired.

His eyes flickered shut for a moment, breathing in the cool air that drifted throughout Ordon village. The sounds of farm animals grazing filled his ears, causing them to twitch a bit.
