You knew that Starscream often got beaten by Megatron, which is why he came down into the medical wing to get repaired almost everyday. It was never anything severe, just large dents, gashes, and other marks from abuse. But you never expected to see Starscream screaming and crying while running down the halls of the medical wing with a very angry Megatron chasing after. You closed the medical bay doors and locked them as soon as Starscream got inside.

Starscream fell onto a medical berth, choking on tears and energon. His wounds were bad, he would have most likely offlined if you had not done anything to stop Megatron from continuing his beatdown on the poor seeker. You guided the seeker to a medical berth with better lighting before going to gather up the tools required for repairing him.
