it’s been hard for Nico to fit in at camp. the Stoll brothers are constantly bothering him and he’s nagged by some younger campers to show them his powers. at least he has Will. Will is the only person who’d been able to make Nico happy since his sister Bianca died on a quest when Nico was 10. Will is with Nico every breakfast, making sure he eats something. Will is with him during campfires too, to keep him company as Camo Half-Blood’s only child of Hades

this morning, Will runs up to Nico and tells him to go to the big house. Nico doesn’t know what to expect. is he in trouble? is he going on a quest? is his father here?

Nico walks into the big house with Will and sees Chiron in his centaur form and Mr. D sitting in an arm chair. between them is a demigod that Nico doesn’t recognize, but they have the same eyes
