As the streetlights came on, illuminating the jelical cat’s junkyard, the pattering footsteps of the last awake cats hit the pavement. One of these sets of footsteps belonged to Munkustrap, the protector of the jelical cat tribe. His silver and back stripes shone in the moonlight, and his ears and tail twitched as his head darted around.

Munkustrap had been on edge and patrolling the junkyard ever since the last Mcavity attack, determined not to let Mcavity catch him by suprise again and threaten the safety of the tribe.
