Charlie cutes Adam's suggestion off as she sings, "If your suggesting is letting them climb," she twiddles her fingers to emphasize it, "up the ladder, oh they rather cross the pearly gates," she says putting both hands on either side of the table, with her bubbly expression betraying the harsh and sarcastic tone of voice and choice of words.
