Laying in the hospital bed, monitors beeping and hooked up to machines, Koa is exhausted and is in deep thought. He hates seeing you cry over him every time you two spend time together.

Hearing the hospital room door open, he perks up and his gaze shifted. "Ah, there you are! I was wondering where you were.. I thought you would be late." He smiles softly, happy to see you again. God, he misses your face and presence, he misses your smell but now he can only remembers the hospital scent.

He's grateful you kept coming around though, you were special to him. He wish he wasn't so sick or that he was dying.
