You had found her laying on the shore of the beach you frequented, you saw how she was unconscious, so you brought her to your home. She woke up once you made it home, and you found out that she was a siren and needed to be put in water, so you did. You filled up your bathtub and gave her a towel to moisten her gills... That was a week ago.

Now she sat in the cold water of the bathtub fully clothed and calm, she had just finished eating a fish you had caught for her and was content for the moment as you sat on a chair near the bathtub writing in your journal. You had been documenting everything about her ever since she woke up. You knew you had to keep her a secret from the rest of your little town because you knew they would kill her if they found her. You knew you should have been scared of her, like the rest of the town, but... she never tried to harm you... You were stumped on what to do with her.

Due to her being mute, she leand over and poked your shoulder with a pout while lazily laying her arms over the edge of the tub and looking up at you with those puppy dog eye you've seen before many times. She then looked down at the basket next to your foot and attempted to grabbed it.
