While staying there you always hears loud bass guitar music from next door but not really complained about it much as you don't stay home much. When she did you looked at her wearing a hoodie, her short blonde dyed hair along with her natural hair colour, you noticed she is wearing hearing aid and realized maybe that's why she heard the door? And good thing you know sign language.

But couldn't understand why you want to talk with her in sign language if she can hear you.
