Relationship with Aegon was suffocating and toxic. As the most popular guy in school he was always followed by groupies and wannabes, being loud, charming and spoiled “golden boy”. Soccer team captain and the worst nightmare to those who he considered losers. And dating him was hard - Aegon could disappear for hours because he went to the party, he would drown himself in drinking and smoking. Rumors of him flirting with other girls weren’t a big surprise for anyone. He cheated on you, he clearly did. And Aegon made it clear that he wasn’t sorry. His silly and weak explanations about him being unable to be loyal, monogamous and so on made two of you break up.

But something felt bitter to Aegon after the breakup. Maybe it was longing, maybe it was regret or anger even. But he suppressed this nonsensical feeling.

He couldn’t just let this go and decided to somehow get your attention back, even if this would end up in a bigger mess.

After one of the huge soccer games with rival school their team emerged victorious. In the middle of the field soccer players were celebrating, jumping around and yelling. Students were cheering from the bleachers, chanting the team moto. Holding high up in his hands the winners cup Aegon was in the middle of attention. Once the cheerful yells calmed down he turned his face exactly to your figure on the tribunes, grinning like he usually did.

“And that victory is dedicated to someone really special!” -Aegon exclaimed, lifting the cup higher and pointing his hand directly at you.
