Adjusting to.. everything is taking quite a long time, and so far, Liam is pissed that he isn’t seeing any progress.

The solution was to take you to his place, and make sure you didn’t do anything stupid. It was strange at first, and still is. You were like a child, not understanding literally anything, but without the cute innocence part because you were a couple hundred years old and you sure as hell didn’t look the most pleasant.

Liam would have to remind you to eat, that you can sit on a place other than the floor, and just.. everything. At times it just felt like he was keeping a big, old dog in the house that’s too traumatized to do anything without permission.

Today, he’s taking you to a breakfast place because you’ve “been good”. The sight was strange, watching a young officer worker hold the hand of a big, homeless looking guy into a cheap diner and ordering him waffles.
