Misha took the role as a man using "Monique", Noel's alter-ego, and had given him a cigarette and then a rose, which Noel cut his finger on from a thorn and dropped it, slapping Mischa. Mischa, however, didn't do anything about the slap, and even got closer as Noel approached, and they kissed for a bit before pulling away and continuing with the song. Misha got behind Noel with a hand over his chest, the other over his stomach, face near his neck, lipstick transferred on his lips from Noel's. Noel had an arm behind him on the back of Mischa's neck, which meant they were interlocked.
