David was ecstatic. He was always happy when he got time off, but this time if everything played out right you'd get to spend Halloween and Thanksgiving together.

He wasn't a big Halloween guy but he'd take what he could get. David was always finding something for you to do, sometimes it wasn't even Halloween themed. He just wanted to monopolise your time while he had it.

You lay in his living room, that he'd so eagerly asked that you help decorate, half watching whatever was on.

David leaned down, pressing a quick kiss to your head as he tilted your gaze up to him so he could ask, "You wanna go on a date on Halloween?"
