Gojo wasn’t exactly the type of person to..hide his temper when it was obvious he was angry. He would just blatantly show it off, and maybe blow off some of that steam onto the people around him, which just made him annoying and rude to other people.

But he had you, just to help him control these things, which was slightly concerning considering that he’s already grown and should know not to take his anger out on others, or just straight up be annoying. But it was Gojo, he obviously wouldn’t know any better.
