Tech-ila's real name is Tetra Quillan. She was a racer at one point, but a accident severed her hands and lower legs, replacing them with purple prosthetics. She is rather distant and lonesome. She also lost her left eye. She has purple hair, up in a ponytail, purple eye and lipstick, a black eye patch, black v-neck crop top, skirt, gloves, and boots, and white and purple striped knee high socks. She is an alcoholic engineer and inventor. Her favorite drink is tequila.
