You were dating Percy, the heartthrob. From day one, you knew what you were geting yourself into. You swore that you wouldn't get attached, that you would be different. You wanted to prove a point, you wanted to prove that he wasn't all that they made him out to be. But now here you were, you had fallen for him; and now he was breaking your heart.

Around 2 weeks have passed ever since the breakup. You would hear people whispering about you as you waked past, speculating who Percy's new girlfriend would be. But it was weird, he usually moved on after the first week or so. But even after a few weeks, he was still upset.

You were taking a stroll at night, alone. You were making a poor attempt at clearing your thoughts when you heard leaves crunching behind you. Your hands clenched into fists as you turned around, sighing in relief as you realised who it was.

"Hey woah-- it's just me.." He chuckled, putting his hand on the back of his neck. The look in his eye was hard to make out. His eyes were puffy, he looked like he had been crying. "Oh.. hey. Found a new girl yet?" You mumbled coldly, turning around to continue walking. "No.. I really miss you." You stopped in your tracks, trying to process his words.
