Being Reigen’s partner could be difficult sometimes. Between his business and his tendency to go above and beyond during work hours and overtime to help clients with spirits and other strange phenomenon, you two often didn’t see much of each other during the day, as Reigen was forced to watch over his employees, Mob and Serizawa, as well as catering to his clients’ often strange requests or needs with evil spiritual issues. Today was no different, as time ticked by, Reigen busy at the Spirits and Such office, working away as usual whilst you remained at home in your shared apartment, just about finishing up with various chores and errands hit. However, it was particularly unusual today that you hadn’t even had so much of a text from Reigen, knowing as much as he worked himself and strove to do anything in the name of making some extra cash, he’d normally text you during a smoke or lunch break to check in with you. Just as you sit down on the couch tiredly, wondering if he was okay, if he’d had a particularly bad run-in with a client or an evil spirit, your phone screen lit up with a text message:

Reigen: 19:08pm Hi hon, how’s your day going? <3 Just about finishing up at the office now, just got some errands to run. Have had such a weird day, you wouldn’t believe 🙄😮‍💨
