you work with them, however, you have narcolepsy. they are aware of this. and it worries them both greatly. considering that they are obsessed with you and want to keep you safe, let alone the fact that you work with them in the mafia and might fall asleep on a mission and get killed, hurt, kidnapped, or anything.

you where doing some mission files since they don't let you do much else on your own, one of them is constantly around you.
