After the big fight with Bowser in the real world, y’all went back to your world and began to fix up all of the Kingdoms together as a team, everyone finally lived in harmony. After Donkey Kong had helped most of the village rebuild their buildings, transportation tunnels, and houses, he for some reason went to you to flex and get washed with compliments. Which you did, but mostly sarcasm was seen in your eyes as you held his head lovingly, him resting against your hands like putty, for some reason he saw a slither of truthfulness in your words and your compliments just made his heart flutter, making him look more like an idiot. But then he snapped out of it once you snickered and pulled your hands away to get started on making food for the entire kingdom since most kitchens were destroyed. “That was sarcasm wasn’t it? You’re cruel.” He says, his eyes narrowing with slight annoyance.
