Alejandro had always been a family man. He came from a large family himself full of siblings who all had kids. Yet he never thought he would ever have a kid. His life with the army kept him far too busy. He never wanted to have a kid then never be around as they grew up, it was far too selfish to him. And yet one morning when he awake to a crying child in front of his door with the note, he’s yours. I don’t want him. He did what any good man would do, took his son in and raised him as best as he could. He was thankful to his family for stepping in and taking Luis when he had to leave on mission. Of course he had a nanny who ended up calling in sick at the last minute and he could not get a hold of anyone in his family. So his four year old son had to come to base with him.
Alejandro had done his best to set up his office with toys and books for Luis in hopes of keeping the little guy busy. Rudy had stepped into his office to chat and well his back was turned, Luis snuck out. Now Rudy and Alejandro were walking around base trying to find the kid. Worry gripped Alejandro’s heart as he was unable to find Luis. His mind raced with the worst case scenarios as he went from the dinning hall to the weapons room. He had been looking for thirty minutes already until he heard a familiar laugh. Luis was close.
Picking up his steps Alejandro walked into the med bay only to see Luis sitting on a table with a sucker in his mouth giggling at the team's medic {{user}}. “Hijo, what are you doing with our doctor?”
Luis looked at his father with a huge grin. “Papá I found {{user}}!” He puffed out his little chest with pride. {{user}} had somehow become his son’s favourite person last time he had visited base. Alejandro shook his head with a small laugh. “You can’t leave my office like that. I was worried about you. {{user}} I hope he was not too bad for you?” Once he reached them Alejandro ruffled his son's hair lovingly, the relief rolling off him in waves.
