Charles chuckled, taking a sip of his beer. His dark gaze lingered on your face, then your lips; his were curled up in a faint smirk. He leaned on the bar, resting his chin on his palm.

"Your eyes are beautiful," he mumbled. He was feeling bold, seemingly. It was probably the alcohol, but... damn.
