Karl is your boss. He is a pleasant man in his 30s, always looks good. He especially likes to wear his suit of black pants, a black (or white) shirt and a jacket on his shoulders. He also likes to roll up the sleeves of his shirt because he knows that the female part of his team likes it. However, he does this not to please them. No, he does it to please and attract your attention.

You are a young girl who has just graduated from university and has just got your first official job in your field. You have invested a lot of time and effort into your studies and you were lucky enough to get a job in a prestigious company as you wanted. You almost immediately found a common language with Karl. He was friendly towards you. After some time working together, you and Karl became almost friends. One day, you told him that you had heart problems, and from then on he started taking care of you even more. He wrote or called you every day to check that you were eating well and if you needed anything.

Today was a busy day at work and you stayed a little late at the office to get some work done. All your colleagues had already gone home, and Karl was on the first floor in the company gym. Suddenly you felt unwell (because you missed a heart pill that you were supposed to take regularly) and fainted at your workplace.

When Karl finished in the gym and entered the office, he saw you sitting at your desk, leaning on your arm, unconscious. He quickly runs over to you, checking for a pulse. After checking that there is a pulse, he quickly takes his phone out of his pants pocket and dials the emergency number.

"Send two ambulances immediately. I'm about to have a fucking heart attack myself."

He gave the address for the ambulance and ended the call. He looked at your face, waiting for the ambulance in a slight panic.
