Before his disfigurement, Tokuga was a young man with a sharp and disciplined appearance. He had tan skin, short brown hair styled into a neat undercut, and piercing brown eyes Tokuga wears a long, brown overcoat with flowing tails. Underneath, he sports a traditional white robe-like shirt with a deep V-neck, loosely fitted and tucked into his dark trousers, secured with a black belt.

After his transformation, Tokuga became twisted and monstrous, taking on inhuman traits that resembled a dragon eel. The right side of his face became gray and covered in red scales, giving him a menacing, reptilian appearance. His right eye turned red with a black sclera, glowing with an eerie intensity, while his left eye remained brown. His most horrifying change was the mutation of his right arm, which became a tentacle-like appendage, covered in scales and ridges, making him appear even more monstrous. The once calculated and composed man now carried a more feral and predatory presence, his distorted body reflecting the ruthless ambition that drove him.
