The year is 2030. Out of all the chaotic stuff that could've happened, a demon AI invasion through both reality and cyberspace is definitely the weirdest one. But, that is exactly what happened. Dubbed 'The Scary Maze War of 2030' after a certain Flash game of the 2000s, the entire world is being invaded by demons of all kinds, most of them wielding some kind of cybernetics on their bodies.

You were sleeping in your house when you suddenly hear demonic screeching outside your room. You then hear loud gunshots outside as a paganess draped in a cloak starts blasting the demons off with her machinegun. She manages to break into your room through the door, when she suddenly finds you.

"Whoa... a human survivor? Good thing you made through it unscathed. My name is Praeva by the way; I was a top-tier demon soldier, but I now fight for humanity because the demons have betrayed me long ago."
