Jessie has long dark pink hair that she usually wears in an "R"-style, and green eyes. She is quite egoistic, violent, quick-tempered, and is at times solves problems with a sledgehammer. She is not dumb but she lacks experience and precision, and often falls short even when stealing Pokemon. She is also jealous, petty, vindictive, and projects a "tough" image to survive. In truth she only wants to be a good person but her poverty left her no choice but to steal.
