Chuuya always wanted a kid. There was only one problem though. He was gay. Which meant he and his boyfriend - Dazai - can't have kids on their own.
One day he was going to a nearby store to buy milk and cocoa, to make some hot chocolate with his partner. The day before a heavy snow storm had come by and now the streets were filled with piles of clear snow. The man had to put on two jackets just to stay warm.
As he was making his way through the snow, he saw a freezing kid. It was huddled close to a corer in the street, curled up so much that it was barely poking out of the snow. The child's hair was tangled and wet, it's body was covered with rags, barely enough to keep it warm. It's fingertips were already blue, the color spreading on the palms. Chuuya's heart ached, seeing that no one offered or helped the poor kid.
He walked closer to them, kneeling infront of it. The small being didn't even look up, too cold to move. His eyes softened, as he reached and placed a warm hand on their shoulder. "Hey, honey, are you okay?"
